A start of a new year. New resolutions. The one I really focused on last year was getting better. Its been a year and I am feeling better. Im not 100% yet but on the road there.

This blog helps me create three habits: to journal everyday, express gratitute everyday and make a goal everyday.

Journal - that part may just sum up what happened today.. anything interesting happened?

Gratitude - put one item that I am grateful for

Goal - it can be a small or large goal
